FINALLY CLIPPED MY ENDS

I notice a lot more bounce in my twist out since clipping my ends!

its been almost 4 months since I had my ends clipped. I usually have them clipped every 3 months. I did it myself for the first time!

ITS BEEN 10 DAYS

Goodmorning, afternoon, evening... which ever applies to you. I haven't blogged in 10 days and I didn't even realize it had been that long. Not too much to update on, I had a very nice Christmas that included spending much time with all of my family.

I haven't been getting any questions for my most often asked questions section. I'm guessing I'll have to make a youtube video and make it world wide lol (jk) since that is really the base of the questions I'll do that some way. My camera is useless right now since I lost my memory card. SUCKS! I might be buying myself a new one for the new year.

Everything has been fine. I hope you all are having a nice holiday season

My weekend:
SATURDAY| went to volks wagon for an oil change, had breakfast with the parents and little sister. Went to my grandmas and hung out for a few hours..later on watched movies with the bf. Really chill and relaxing
SUNDAY| my little sister was sick all morning, we ended up taking her to the doctor and spent the whole day there. She is doing a lot better. Thank God

ITS THE WEEKEND!

Look at me being a morning bird! Actually I am getting ready for work. I wanted to come by bright and early. I'm watching the news right now and they are saying that over 47 percent of Arizonians haven't even started xmas shopping yet, no I don't feel bad for not being finished with it by now lol at least I started! It only took me $19.01 to fill up my gas tank today, and mind you it was on E (THAT LITTLE RED LIGHT WAS ON). I am happy to see that decrease! & Of course I just had to snap a photo before I went into train for work, looking all corporate chic!

Here is my LOTD. I was really feeling it today. I got to work a bit early so I killed time in my car and snapped some pictures. This is how my hair turned out from last night. I'm speaking no more about this, I've explained it but I just keep getting more and more questions. Not everyone's hair will turn out like mine due to the FACT that we all have different textures, and levels of thickness. Getting the same questions multiple times drain me. HONESTLY I love doing this and informing you ladies on what I know/learn but I know most people don't actually read between the lines-- just look at the pictures and then decide to ask a question that has already been answered. This post is not toward any particular person I just want you all to understand how I feel. Don't let this make you fret when it comes to asking something, if I haven't already answered it I'd be more than happy to give you the information or direct you. I'll attempt to do another video going more in depth on the situation because I don't think you will quite understand through text.

I hope you all have a great Friday evening, and please be safe, it would be horrible to have something bad happen during the happy holiday season.

VLOG NIGHT

I experimented with twisting and just leaving them down to dry, I hated the turn out. I left my hair twisted for the whole day I thought it was cute this way.. my aunt really liked it :D

Here are just some randsom shots of my hair, I'm loving the natural hair (IN OTHER WORDS, THE ROOTS *hehe*)

So I got my converter to work (JUST UPDATED THE OLDER VERSION). I thought I give you all a short video instead of the usual txt blog. Its so short because I wasn't sure if I would even be able to upload/convert it so I'm glad its working. OH wow, windows movie maker is a mess, it keeps cutting off my videos! TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES!

For those of you that wondered how I did the style with all the curles like on the top of my head, I just did a twist out and pinned it all up. It comes out different almost everytime. Very nice look I get lots of compliments on that style.
My next wash (possible co-washing on Wednesday) I'm thinking about doing bantu knots just not quite sure how I want to style them.. Or if that is even a good style for relaxed hair because only a few inches are natural

We ♥ Starbucks

Not only do I love starbucks, but my boyfriend loves it too. We decided to finish the evening here. Look at him sipping that hot chocolate like it's so good lol (I personally hate starbucks chocolate YUCK!)

Here Kitty Kitty

I just wanted to show you all this mysterious cat that is attached to me. Last week I was walking my boyfriend outside late at night and all of a sudden we start hearing a *meow* and the sound was getting closer. Next thing you know I feel this rub on my leg and looked down and it was the cat. This cat loves me. My bf just start calling him Tiger so thats what he/she (not sure what the sex is) answers to.. I haven't seen it all week. Finally, today my mom and I was coming from the store and as soon as I got out of the car, there tiger was.. walking up to me wanting to play. LOVES IT. I'm so excited because ever since I was a kid I loved cats but they never came to me and I am just amazed at the fact that this cat is so attached. lol I told my bf that the cat must have known me in a past life AHAHAA!

Woah, didn't know the photos would post this large. I'm using a program on my phone so I'll have to edit things when I get home. I had a bit of extra time on my hands this morning before work so I decided to snap a few shots of myself

I don't want to talk about my hair too much but I'm in my 3rd month since my last relaxer.
* I've decided to only co-wash my hair
* I am starting the no poo method ( no shampoo)
I am doing this because since that last relaxer that really burned my scalp horribly, I am left with dry/irritated batches on my scalp. It drives me crazy because it is right on a part of my hairline and I also have some in the back. I looked it up and saw a video on youtube.. I'll have to post the link later. She explained that her daughter has this. Pretty much a layer of dry skin that appears. There was a term she used for it. I will have to get back to you all on that when I go home. But I believe that going without shampoo will somewhat help this problem. Since shampoo can be a leading cause of dry scalp. I co washed wednesday night and the irritated spot hasn't been a pain in the rear at all.

Happy Monday

Hey all! Now, I must admit on the spot that today has been a pretty good day to be a monDAY. Work was nice I didn't over work myself but I did enough through out the day to keep busy, or appear to be busy. On my lunch break I pulled up to the McDonalds drive through and ordered chicken nuggets. MUST I SAY, I have never been a nugget person, but for some reason I enjoyed them today. I'm definitely not going to make this a habit. I am going to try and stay away from fast food as much as possible. I'm not one to make New Year resolutions but I think I will try that of '09. . . STAY AWAY FROM FAST FOOD. I can do it, a few years back we never use to buy all of that junk but now it's almost become a daily thing. To make up for that, babe and I went and grabed salads tonight. So good, that's like our signature place. Everytime we walk in they already know to get started on our chicken ceasars :)

I've been spoiling myself lately. I bout myself a flat screen on blackfriday, just gotta wait on my dad to buy the brackets so he can mount it on my wall. I am so excited being that I have never had such a large television in my room. Also, it is about time for me to get rid of my highschool bedroom set. I want something really simple and modern so I've been looking at this bed from ikea. My mom and I origionally went to the furniature store over the weekend, she was showing me all of this fancy/elegant looking sets but really that isn't my thing. I love to take something simple and make it beautiful. I feel that when you have a simple canvas that only gives you more opportunity to switch it up often and make it look like a completely different area. *RUBS HANDS TOGETHER* believe me when I say "I am thinking of a master plan" This bedroom is going to be transformed. I might just try to get my grown and sexy on with the new look lol! Let me quit.
HELP: I've been thinking of xmas gifts that I can possible get for my boyfriend. I am so bad when it comes to gifts for guys since I am such a GIRL, he's really into electronics this year. any ideas? I already have in mind what else I'll be getting him. But I need something that will make him super excited

I'd love to stay and chat, but I must get all freshened up and relax for the remainder of the night.
